Cases is v2's direct successor to v1's Alert queue: "Cases keep their membership for a trader's lifetime; the selected period updates the financial evidence behind each one." Where v1 alerts were a chronological stream to triage, a v2 Case is a persistent record per trader — once flagged, a trader stays a case for their lifetime with the firm, even as the underlying evidence keeps updating.
The default view lists open cases with:
Evidence tag — what the detector matched (e.g. Matched Copy Trading evidence), directly corresponding to v1's detection rules (Copy Trading Ring, Hedge Trading Ring, Organized Group Trading, etc.)
Raised — how long ago the case was created
Triage status — a per-case dropdown (e.g. Pending)
Recommendation — Monitor or Investigate now, QuantSentry's read on urgency
Filter by recommendation, status, or search by name. An empty "Needs your attention" panel with a green check is itself informative — it means the case queue is genuinely clear, not that filtering hid something.

Opening a case shows the trader's name, a "View evidence" link, evidence tags, and an "Amounts are normalized to USD base currency" note before a collapsible Case exposure evidence section and one card per account. Each account card shows Balance, Current realised, Exposure basis, Payout requested, Payout paid, and Payout pending — with a "Derived exposure evidence" section to drill further.
The page is explicit about its own limits: "Cases is where an operator decides what to do next; QuantSentry never acts on money." Nothing in Cases can approve, reject, or move a payout directly — that authority stays with the operator, consistent with v1's design principle that evidence collection and enforcement action are always separate steps.
