Orders lists "every order the firm has taken, settled or not." It's the Finance-group counterpart to Traders — same underlying customers, viewed from the transaction side.
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Customer | Name and email |
Status | Settled, Pending, or Failed |
Product | Which challenge/account size was purchased |
Amount | Order value |
Paid with | Payment processor used (e.g. BridgerPay) |
Ordered on | Order date |
Search by customer, Filter, Display, and Export work the same way as on Traders and Payouts. Multiple analysis modes are available via "Analyse by" (e.g. "All orders" vs. an account-sizes breakdown), and a saved custom view can sit alongside the default.
A high Failed rate on a specific payment method is worth cross-referencing against Settings → Connections for that processor — a sync or integration issue can look identical to genuine customer payment failures until you check the source.
