Payouts lists "every payout the firm has handled, settled or not." This is the page a risk manager checks alongside Desk's "Do these now" queue — Desk surfaces what needs attention today, Payouts is the complete historical and live record.
Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
Pending | Count and total value of open requests, plus the oldest one's age in days |
Paid | Count and total value actually paid out |
Rejection rate | Rejected payouts as a percentage of total requested, with the rejected value and count |
A rising "oldest" figure on Pending is a useful backlog signal on its own — an 84-day-old pending payout usually means an operational bottleneck, not a considered decision.
Columns: Trader, Status (Pending / Paid / Rejected), Requested, Paid, Requested on, and Reason. Every rejected row should carry a real Reason — this is the evidence trail that matters if a rejected trader disputes the decision publicly, echoing v1's Evidence Kit philosophy of never sending a decision without a defensible reason attached.
The "Insights" button (with a count badge) surfaces payout-specific analysis on top of the raw table.
