Find a trader when you only have their email address, for example from a support ticket. The Traders search matches names only, so use Identity links on the Relationships page.
- Click Relationships in the side menu.
- Click Identity links.
- Type the email address in Search people by name or email…, for example
[email protected].Tip: Part of an address also works, for example the part before the @.
- Click the matching person in the list.
- Click Open trader profile.
Result: The trader's profile opens on the Overview tab.
Tip: If the list says No matches, the address may only exist on an order. Check Orders for the same address, or search Accounts, which also matches a person's email.
