Support tickets often name several traders together, for example a group flagged for coordinated trading or account sharing. Checking one trader's case in isolation will not confirm the group. Confirm how the accounts are connected in Relationships, then confirm the rule breach and record a decision in Cases.
Open Relationships and search for one of the named traders.
Filter by evidence type: Trading for coordinated trading and account-sharing patterns, Login for shared-access signals.
Read the severity tag on each row connecting group members, for example Coordinated trading group, and the repeat observation count. A high count (for example 78 observations) is the number to cite in a meeting.
Note every account pair involved. A group case rests on the accounts behind each trader, not just the names support was given.
From a relationship row, click Open cases to jump to the case for each connected trader.
Check the Evidence tag on each case. This is the detector's confirmation, and it should match the same rule family shown in Relationships: Copy Trading Ring, Hedge Trading Ring, Organized Group Trading, or Account Fleet.
If a member has no open case, or the Evidence tag does not match what Relationships showed, that member isn't confirmed for the group yet. Treat them separately in the meeting.
Read the Recommendation (Monitor or Investigate now) and the Triage status for every member, not just the one that started the ticket.
Open each case and review the Case exposure evidence: Balance, Current realised, Exposure basis, and Payout requested, paid, and pending for every account.
Open the trader's Passport for Identity/KYC, Financial/payment integrity, and Trading behaviour signals. Payment-related background, like an account-selling pattern, shows up here rather than in the trading evidence.
Cases has one job: it is where an operator decides what to do next. QuantSentry itself never acts on money, so nothing on the page produces a written summary for you. Before a meeting, write down for each group member:
The Evidence tag and severity shown in Relationships and Cases
The Triage status you set, or confirm it is still Pending
The Recommendation QuantSentry gave, and the action you are taking on top of it
Relationships and Cases show what the detectors observed and what an operator decided. Keep the summary above in your own notes or ticket, since neither page generates one for you.
