Cases turns scattered fraud alerts into one prioritized queue: every trader under investigation, their evidence, their status, and who owns the work, in a single view built for prop firm risk teams.
Screenshot uses synthetic example data from a fictional firm ("Acme Funding"). No real customer or trader data is shown.
Cases is now available to try in the QuantSentry workspace as a rebuilt investigation queue.
Instead of a filter-heavy screen with no visible lifecycle, every row shows a Case reference, a plain-language title (for example "Mirrored trades with Jonas Weber"), the trader's pending payout total, a status from a fixed six-stage lifecycle, and an assignee.
Opening a Case shows the evidence behind it, a network context snapshot, an activity timeline, and the trader's full financial position, without leaving the page.
A risk analyst reviewing funded trader payouts needs to answer three things fast: what needs attention, how much money is involved, and what to do next.
Cases groups open investigations by status or review focus, sorts them by an attention score that weighs repeated evidence and accrued liability, and keeps a running total of payouts awaiting review across the queue.
Nothing in Cases approves or denies a payout or suspends an account.
It is an observe-only investigation record, so payout fraud detection stays a documented, evidence-backed decision instead of a judgment call buried in a spreadsheet.
Filter the queue by Status, Review tag, or whether a person has Payouts pending
Group Cases by Status, Review focus, or Assignee, and reorder by attention, accrued liability, or pending amount
Claim a Case from Unassigned or hand it back, with a toast confirming the change
Resolve a Case as Not fraud with a required written reason, recorded on the activity timeline
Add investigation notes and see every status change, claim, and return in one activity log
Export the current filtered view to CSV for reporting outside the workspace
Cases draws its evidence from Exposure (accrued liability and pending payout amounts) and from QuantSentry Network (cross-firm signals attached as read-only snapshots).
It links out to the full Traders profile for relationship and identity context, and its lifecycle is the same one Detection rules feed into when an alert creates a new Case.
